DESCRIPTION
A stainless steel double-link curb chain that applies pressure to the horse's chin groove when the curb rein is used - the tighter the fit, the more pressure. The extra centre link takes a lip strap.

How It Works
A curb chain sits in the chin groove and comes into play when the curb rein is engaged. The tighter the chain, the stronger the action, so adjust it to suit your horse and level of schooling.
Fitting & Care
Attach the chain to pelhams, kimblewicks or weymouths using curb hooks (sold separately). Many riders pair it with a curb chain guard (sold separately) to protect the horse's sensitive chin. The stainless steel finish wipes clean and will not rust.
