Riding Crops and Jumping Bats

Short crops and jumping bats are the most common riding aids. Typically 45-65 cm in length, they deliver a quick, precise tap behind the rider's leg. Jumping bats feature a wider flapper at the end for a firmer but less stinging contact. We carry crops with rubber grips, wrist loops, and comfortable handles for all-day use.

Dressage Whips

Dressage whips are longer — usually 100-120 cm — allowing the rider to reinforce leg aids without taking a hand off the reins. They're designed with a fine, flexible shaft and a subtle flicker at the tip. We stock standard and telescopic options in various lengths and colours.

Schooling and Training Whips

For groundwork, in-hand schooling, and general training, a schooling whip bridges the gap between a crop and a lunge whip. They're versatile tools for riders who work horses from the ground as well as from the saddle.

A lunge whip is essential for lunging — it's how you direct the horse on the circle and maintain forward momentum.
