Shipping policy

We offer free delivery for all orders over R1,500.
Subject to stock availability, orders will be despatched within three working days. All orders placed on weekends and public holidays will be processed the following business day.
In some cases there is a lead time which will be indicated on the product page. This is generally for made-to-order products. Please be sure to check the product page for items you order to see if they are lead time items.
We strive to deliver on time as promised. However, things do happen beyond our control and therefore we are unable to guarantee that all orders will be delivered within this time frame.
