A lightweight, purpose-built trail and endurance saddle designed for maximum horse and rider comfort over long hours in the saddle. Hand-made in South Africa, the Trail Endurance Solo weighs just 5.5 kg with fittings and suits medium to wide-withered horses.

Medium/wide wither fit. Lightweight fibreglass construction, fully covered with leather for durability and a traditional finish.

Seat and Skirts

Super comfortable cushioned leather seat with a narrow twist — ideal for long hours on the trail without fatigue.

Panels

Adjust high for a high-withered horse, or lower for a wider-withered horse. Made from a specialised ripstop material that is lightweight, durable and repels water and sweat. Soft and padded for extra comfort to the horse. Easy to adjust, removable, replaceable and washable. Can be used with or without a numnah — see the full numnah collection if you prefer extra padding.

Girth Points

The replaceable girth straps secure from front and back to ensure a snug, comfortable and even contact saddle fit.

Stirrups

Broad-based endurance safety stirrups included. Stirrup leathers can be fitted in three different stirrup slots to suit a taller or shorter rider — or a more forward-sitting rider (front slot) versus a further-back-sitting rider (rear slot). No-bulk slim nylon stirrup leathers lie flat under the rider's leg with removable comfort sleeves.
