DESCRIPTION
The Running Martingale Solo is made from quality English leather with stainless steel fittings and a reinforced split for added strength. A dependable training aid for everyday schooling, show jumping and general riding.
Why use a running martingale
A running martingale prevents the horse from lifting his head too high, encouraging a steadier head carriage and more consistent contact. It also gives you a neck strap to hold onto if you are feeling insecure on top of your horse.
Key features
- Quality English leather
- Stainless steel fittings
- Reinforced split for strength and durability
- Available in black or brown leather
- Three sizes: pony, cob and full
Fitting and care
Use your running martingale with a well-fitted bridle and a set of rein stops to keep the rings sitting correctly along the reins. Treat the leather regularly to keep it supple and extend its working life.
