Lunge Caveson Leather Solo

A well-made leather lunging caveson, and a practical alternative to lunging in a bridle and bit. This leather lunge cavesson has a padded noseband with three rings and a browband to keep it sitting correctly on the face.

Why Use a Lunge Cavesson

You can lunge with this instead of a bridle and bit. The three rings on the noseband let you clip the lunge lead on from either side or the centre - no threading through a buckle and over the horse's head every time you change direction.

Practical Benefits

Changing direction is far simpler - just clip to the other side of the noseband, or stay on the middle ring and avoid the swap altogether. Easier for the handler, and gentler on the mouth than lunging off a bit. If you prefer to lunge with a bit, the side buckles let you clip one on without needing a separate bridle.
