Nylon halters are the workhorse of the stable — affordable, tough, and easy to clean. We carry them in a range of sizes (foal through to extra-large) and colours. Look for reinforced stitching at stress points and adjustable nosebands for a proper fit. A well-fitted halter should sit two fingers below the cheekbone without pressing on the eyes.

Leather Halters

For shows, sales, or when you want something a cut above, leather halters offer a polished look and a softer feel. They're also safer than nylon in some situations because leather will break under extreme pressure rather than holding fast.
