When to Use a Body Brush

A body brush is an essential part of any grooming kit. Use it after a curry comb or dandy brush to remove fine dust and distribute natural oils through the coat. It is for use on the horse's body and legs, taking off the finer dust that a stiffer brush leaves behind.

Pair it with our range of hoof care products and horse shampoos for a complete grooming routine.

How to Use

Work in short, sweeping strokes in the direction of hair growth. Clean the bristles every few strokes by drawing them across a metal curry comb to remove built-up dust. Finish with a soft cloth for that final show-ring shine.

Care & Cleaning

Rinse the bristles in warm soapy water, shake off excess water and dry bristle-side down to keep the bristles soft and the backing in good condition. Store with the rest of your grooming kit in a dry, ventilated space.
