Why Replace Your Peacock Rings?

Peacock safety stirrup rings are an essential safety component — if the rubber is worn, cracked, or has lost its elasticity, it may not release properly in a fall. Regular replacement keeps your stirrups functioning as designed.

How the Ring Fits

The rubber ring sits on the outer side of the stirrup iron in place of a solid branch. It is held by the ring leather at the top and a peg through the moulded tab at the bottom. If the leather tab has perished or snapped as well, replace it at the same time — a new rubber ring on a failed leather will not hold. Replacement peacock ring leathers are sold separately.
