About the grackle noseband

A grackle noseband stops the horse crossing his jaw or opening his mouth to evade the bit. Fitted correctly it leaves the nostrils clear so the horse can breathe easily at speed.

Reins and fitting

The rein ends loop onto the bit as per racing regulations. If you would prefer reins with buckle ends, please specify when ordering. Made using genuine American Biothane - strong, soft and supple, it will not crack, won't absorb sweat or water and is easy to clean.
