Riser Pad Spare Pads

These pads are inserted into the velcro pockets on a saddle pad or riser pad to give the saddle extra lift off the spine and withers — a simple, cost-effective way to fine-tune your saddle fit without replacing the pad itself.

Available Thicknesses

Choose the thickness that suits your saddle fit issue:

• 3mm — fine adjustments and minor balance corrections
• 5mm — moderate lift for slightly low-sitting saddles
• 10mm — substantial spine and wither clearance for prominent withers or hollow backs

How To Use

• Slide a pair into the velcro pockets of a compatible numnah or riser pad
• Double up on one side if your horse is unevenly muscled or you tend to sit unevenly
• Cut and insert at the front or back of the pocket to correct saddle balance front-to-back
