How It Works

Fill the bag with feed or fodder and fit it over your horse's head. To reach feed near the bottom, the horse simply lowers its head to the ground, pushing its nose into the end of the bag. This natural feeding position makes it easy for the horse to finish every last bit.

When to Use a Nose Bag

Nose bags are ideal for feeding on outrides, at competitions, during travel, or anywhere a manger isn't available. They're also useful in shared paddocks where dominant horses tend to bully others away from their feed.
