Haynet Slow Feeder Solo

Slow Feeder Haynet - Heavy Duty

This heavy-duty slow feeder haynet features smaller squares that prevent a horse from eating too quickly. Ideal for horses that bolt their hay, or for use with smaller pieces such as teff.

Key Features

• Approximate mesh size: 5cm x 5cm when stretched and filled
• Heavy-duty construction for daily use
• Slows feeding to reduce hay waste
• Suitable for teff, lucerne, and standard hay
• Also known as a teff net

Why Use a Slow Feeder Net?

A slow feeder net works by limiting how much hay a horse can pull out at once, which is what slows the rate of feeding. That makes it useful for horses that bolt their hay, and for stretching a hay supply further when horses are stabled overnight.
