Saddle Pad Endurance Comfort

Endurance Saddle Pad Comfort — Long-Ride Cushioning

A purpose-built endurance saddle pad with a high-density foam core, moisture-wicking lining and a contoured shape. Designed for riders who spend hours in the saddle — endurance, trail or long hacks — where small pressure points turn into sore backs.

Key Features

• High-density foam core for shock absorption and pressure relief
• Moisture-wicking lining keeps the horse's back dry on long rides
• Contoured shape for a close, secure fit under the saddle
• Durable outer that withstands trail conditions and frequent washing
• Quick-drying for back-to-back ride days
• Fits standard endurance, trail and general-purpose saddles

Why Cushioning Matters on Long Rides

On any ride longer than an hour, small pressure points become sore spots. A purpose-built endurance saddle pad does three jobs at once:

1. Spreads weight evenly across the horse's back so no single point takes more load than it should.
2. Absorbs concussion from rougher terrain, particularly on stony tracks and downhill sections.
3. Wicks sweat away from the skin so the saddle stays cleaner and the horse stays comfortable for longer.

Ideal For

• Endurance riders racing or training over distance
• Trail riders doing multi-hour or multi-day rides
• Horses returning to work after time off
• Horses with sensitive backs or mild pressure history

Care Tips

Rinse off mud and sweat after every ride and air-dry flat — never tumble dry, as heat compresses the foam core. Spot-clean tougher marks with a mild detergent and rinse thoroughly. Replace any pad whose foam has lost its bounce, as a flattened core no longer absorbs concussion.
