Gullet Set Solo

Spare gullet plates for the Solo adjustable saddles.

These gullets are useful to change the wither fit of your saddle as your horse changes shape, or if you are using the saddle on various shaped horses.

Why You Need a Spare Gullet Set

An adjustable saddle is only as good as the gullet plates you have on hand. Horses change shape with the seasons, workload, age and condition — and a saddle that fitted perfectly six months ago may sit too tight or too loose across the wither today. With the Solo gullet set, you can re-fit your saddle in minutes without sending it back to the saddler.

Gullet Widths

Solo gullet plates are colour-coded by wither width:

• Green - narrow
• Black - medium
• Red - wide
• White - extra wide

The plate currently fitted in your saddle carries the same colour code, so you can check which width you are riding in before you order. Panels, saddle covers and girth points are in the rest of our saddle accessories range.

Easy to Fit

All you need is a screwdriver. Each plate can be swapped in quickly and easily with no fuss — no specialist tools, no workshop visit. Spare screws are available on request.

Compatible Saddles

The Solo adjustable saddles are the GP, dressage and close contact jumping models, all in our saddles collection. Choose the set that matches your saddle: Dressage Solo or Dressage Supreme for those two dressage saddles, or GP/Jump for the GP and close contact jumping saddles.
