How to Use a Dandy Brush

The dandy brush is used after the curry comb to flick away the dirt and hair that's been loosened. Use short, brisk strokes in the direction of the hair growth, flicking outward at the end of each stroke. Focus on the body, neck and hindquarters. Avoid using the dandy brush on the face or legs — switch to a softer body brush for those sensitive areas.
