DESCRIPTION
Brushing Ring Solo – Corrective Pastern Ring for Horses That Dish
Also called a sausage boot, the Brushing Ring Solo is a corrective rubber ring designed for horses that dish (paddle outward). It fits around the pastern on a single leg, guiding the horse's movement and offering protection where it's needed most.
Key Features
- Adjustable inner strap for a secure, custom fit
- Hard-wearing rubber outer for durability
- Corrects dishing movement on a single leg
- Lightweight and comfortable for the horse
- Easy to fit around the pastern
When to Use a Brushing Ring
If your horse dishes — swinging a front leg outward during movement — a brushing ring helps correct the stride and prevents the leg from knocking against the opposite limb. It's a simple, effective solution used by riders and trainers across all disciplines.
