DESCRIPTION
Hoof Care Balm for Horses
Hoof Care Balm provides nourishment, promoting healthy hoof growth and elasticity whilst protecting and conditioning the hoof. Tea Tree Oil assists with combatting bacteria and fungi, protecting the hoof against thrush and related conditions.
Key Benefits
- Protects against dry and brittle hooves
- Tea Tree Oil combats bacteria and fungi naturally
- Protects the coronary band and promotes healthy hoof growth
- Thick balm formula stays on longer than liquid oils
- Safe for regular use year-round
How to Apply
- Clean the hoof thoroughly before application.
- Apply balm liberally to the hoof wall and sole.
- Ensure the coronary band is well covered.
- Use three times per week for best results.
- Continue use during both dry and wet conditions.
Balm vs Hoof Oil — Which Should You Pick?
- Pick balm when you need staying power — the thick texture holds on through paddock turnout, wet bedding and grooming. Better for protection.
- Pick a liquid oil when you want fast deep penetration — easier to brush into the hoof wall and coronary band. Better for quick conditioning before shoeing.
- Use both in different roles — oil for daily conditioning, balm for outdoor protection between farrier visits.
