Bookkeeper Position Open

Solo Saddlers is a tried & tested South Africa saddlery and tack brand based in Midrand, who is looking for a bookkeeper who will be responsible for providing bookkeeping and administrative support to the COO.

The position will be responsible for:

a. Product procurement and stock management
b. Providing imports administrative support
c. Day-to-day functions relating to debtors
d. Day-to-day functions relating to creditors
e. To provide administrative support to the COO

Qualifications required

• Diploma or Degree in a relevant field such as Bookkeeping is required
• Driver’s license and own vehicle is essential
• English and Afrikaans are essential. Any additional South African language is an advantage

Experience required

• Minimum of 2 years in bookkeeping and/or stock control
• Experience in manufacturing and distribution is an advantage

Computer Literacy Required

• Microsoft Office Word, Excel, Outlook – Intermediate level is essential
• Pastel including stock module

Basic Salary: R 15 000

Start Date: Immediate

Contract Type: Permanent with a 6-month probation
