The cushioned top pad section faces the outside of the tail to protect the sensitive top of the tail from rubbing on the horse box, and the non-slip rubberised inner keeps it in place. The velcro fastens on the outside of the tail. Easy to clean. Adjustable — one size fits all. Can also be used on mares when breeding.
